Overview:
Stylish and finely detailed vintage Tiffany & Co heart necklace, crafted in sterling silver (circa 1990s).
The necklace features a reversible cabochon cut onyx and carnelian heart shaped pendant drop (the stones measure 11.5mm each). Measuring 17 inches in length the necklace sits nicely just below the nape of the neck. The necklace is a retired piece and no longer made by Tiffany & Co.
The necklace is in very good original condition and was lightly cleaned and polished. Patina is evident.
